Crisscross Applesauce

This quilt was completed by Joanie Hogan for her Granddaughter.  She used bright, cheerful colors in a very fun pattern.  She also added 2 borders around the quilt.

I decided to do a 3 petal flower in one border and a simple small loop pattern in the other border.  It complements the cheerful pattern in the fabrics.

Overall on the inside, I used the "Bubble" or "Circle within Circle" pattern, which also complemented the fabric designs.

Between Friends from Happy Hour

Between Friends by Andrea Strub
This quilt was made by my daughter, Andrea.  It's a quick pattern, very quick and easy to assemble.  I decided to do a "Circle within a Circle" or "Bubble" pattern for this quilt because it is very busy with different fabrics.

A close up to share with Andrea while the quilt is on the Long Arm Machine, notice the fabric choice for the back....polka dot....  another reason for the "Bubble" pattern selection.

Quilt all loaded just waiting to be finished!

A close up of the quilting.

Another Close up of one square.
We had fun assembling this one, and I am sure it will be Between Friends!
